I can step in at any stage of your planning process whether right at the start or a little later to help things run as you planned them, on the day.
With a trusted circle of suppliers I’m able to help you with every aspect of your planning. And if I don’t have it, I’ll make it my mission to find it.
Experience has taught me about the stress that comes with planning a wedding, and my main goal is to help minimize that so you can enjoy the fun of being bride and groom.
I have put together various packages as listed below to give you an idea of fees and the type of services I offer. Of course I understand that every wedding is special, every couple – unique and no two wedding to-do lists are the same. Flexibility is key so if you’re in need of a helping hand but don’t feel that any of the packages quite fit, give me a call or drop me a line and let’s talk through it. We’re sure to come up with a something for you.
Wedding Day Coordinator – from £400 incl VAT
For couples who’ve handled all the arrangements themselves and just need someone with a clear head on the day to ensure all their plans come together – this one’s for you.
Whether your photographer calls for assistance in rounding up guests, tables require decorating, or a centerpiece needs putting aside for Aunty Muriel, I’ll be there to ensure that all the blood, sweat and tears that have no doubt gone into planning your perfect day don’t go to waste. Includes:
- Meeting 2 weeks prior to discuss every detail of your day
- Email and phone support
- Comprehensive timeline for the day
- Venue visit where possible
- Assistance with venue decoration
- Vendor liaison including confirmation of final arrangements
- Arrival at the reception venue 2 hours prior to ceremony and attendance until the first dance
Final Touches – from £650 incl VAT
This is intended for altar-bound couples who have seen through the majority of the wedding plans themselves and now want a little well deserved time together to enjoy the final weeks of their engagement knowing everything is taken care of. Includes:
- Meeting 6 weeks prior for a complete handover (further meetings as required)
- Email and phone support
- Vendor liaison including final confirmations
- Sourcing outstanding vendors (up to 3)
- Comprehensive timeline for the day
- On the day coordination
Start to Finish – from £2,200 incl VAT
Some couples just don’t have the time to get buried in wedding plans and others simply don’t want to. And then there are many couples who know exactly what they want but don’t know where to start. This is where I come in handy. I’ll be there with you every step of the way working towards your dream day. Includes:
- Vendor sourcing (florist, wedding cake, photographer, music etc)
- Liaising with vendors on your behalf
- Keeping finances on schedule with a wedding budget
- Developing a timeline for the day
- Assisting with seating plan and reception layout
- Helping with décor requirements
- Assisting with venue set up
- On the day coordination
* Often couples choose to book their venue first before seeking the services of a wedding planner. It’s with this in mind that I’ve chosen not to include venue sourcing in the above packages. Should you, however, require assistance in finding a venue, we I’ll be delighted to help. An additional charge of £250 plus VAT is applicable.
Other Celebrations – From from £150 incl VAT
An intimate anniversary dinner for 10, your child’s Christening, a 50th birthday bash. Whatever your cause for celebration, we’ll be happy to help you bring your event together.
